Okay, the W is in the books, and the headache is getting better. Ummm, I am not sure I can ever look at Barechest again. What I am getting at is there were some "man hugs" yesterday post Beach interception. I want to confess this in case Altitude captured any footage of this.

This happen to anyone else?

Man laws are the most short bus thing I have heard in a long time. You have a bunch of douche bag, B-list actors who have no idea what it is like to be a real man. They are on a commercial wearing makeup, and had someone else put together their wardrobe. Have any of these guys actually worked 9-5? Burt Reynolds? That guy from Undercover Brother? Neither of them are men in my book.

Really?

I think the Man Laws are pretty funny. I submitted one saying men should always leave a gap between themselves and other men when at a public restroom. Sporting events are the only exception.

B-list actors? Check. Douche bags? Check. Funny? Hell yeah.

I would make an exception for 7 time World All Around Champion Ty Murray. He won by riding bulls, saddle bronc, and bareback. Besides, he married to Jewel. Other than that I agree with you

Oh yeah. That guy with the stub for an arm? He's the guy who cut off his arm when it was pinned under a boulder that fell on him while rock climbing a few years back. The knife he used was a rusty piece of crap his mom got for free.

With a play like that in a situation like that it is acceptable to hug a man for 1 second. After that the closet door comes flying open. Egg Salad is out of his gourd if he thinks that Jerome Bettis isn't a man. That may be the craziest thing I have ever seen posted.

Bettis is a man, but also overrated.

Would that be like 5th all time leading rusher overrated or the greatest teamate ever and we just wanted to win one for the Bus overrated. What has this guy ever done to warrant overrated status. Are you a Seahawks fan?

How many times during the Super Bowl run did we hear, "Bettis could be the greatest ever"? I can think of at least 5 better than him off the top of my head. Would I consider him one of the 10 best? Yes. But the best? Nope.
No, I'm not a Seahawks fan either.
Also, question marks are for winners.

Considering Bettis is the 5th leading rusher of all-time, and considering I don't currently consider him close to being a Top 10 back for all-time, I'll argue that Bettis is actually an underrated back. His statistics are more impressive than the conventional wisdom about his career. Throw in that he's been a full-blown asthmatic his entire career, and I'll actually start moving him up my 'all-time back' list in future conversations.

I really don't think that caveman has any makeup on or had his wardrobe done so I'm guessing Egg likes that!!!

By the way, thanks for putting words in my mouth. I think I said something about, "Douche bag B-list actors." i.e Burt Reynolds and that wannabe pimp guy. Did I ever say Jerome Bettis wasn't a man? No. So it couldn't have been as bad a post as you say.

Damn right. What's manlier than creating fire, or clubbing animals to death and eating their flesh on the spot? If you answered, "Nothing", then you are correct.

Wow, this thread has gone to hell in a handbag.

Anytime you throw the word "douche-bag" around, don't expect anymore intelligent conversation.

I rarely come to these boards looking for intelligent conversation.
