Toliver, Wheaton, and I thought I heard Mason? Is there any word on any of these? I know about the broken collarbone, (damn).

Force was acting very "gingerly" with his shoulder in the second half. We were wrapping up halftime tailgating when he made a tackle and Atteberry made a comment that he came up in pain. When I got back in, you could just tell he didn't want to make contact with anyone.
I'm fairly certain he didn't re-dislocate it just due to the fact that he stayed in. But, I'd personally be surprised to see him play much next weekend. If he doesn't, that gives him three weeks to heal for Cat/Griz.
Didn't hear anything on Mason. Someone said last night that Wheaton came back in after the injury. Is this true?

Mason strained some knee ligs. Sounds like they kept him out due to extreme caution. Plus Groves was ready to play a full game, so it was ideal to let him handle the load this afternoon.

While we can't look past UNC it will be nice to develop a lead so we can heal up some of our players. I thought I heard Kramer say Mason had a slight knee sprain.
The week off is well-timed!

I now remember seeing Force hurt his shoulder. He came out for two plays I think. When he went back in, Kramer and him seemed to be having a very animated conversation. I would imagine that Kramer told him to be the General, but from afar. Get the guys lined up and don't hit anybody unless necesary. Our secondary looked confused a bunch anyway and with Force and LeBlanc out of there to make alignment calls, Pizzaro could have ripped us for 400.
Great job again Jim Thorpe. ooooops Ryan Force

From the sunny side of the field, I saw Wheaton come out midway through the third quarter with, I believe, his left arm dangling. He drew much attention on the sideline, and I did not see him go back into the game. Has anyone heard any details? That was a spectacular catch made by Tolliver when he laid himself out and sacrificed his body (and collar bone) for the team.
