It gives you a nice warm/fuzzy feeling ... but the rankings don't mean a thing. We lose, we are out of the playoffs. Playoff game from here on out! We continue winning and the rankings take care of themselves.

Rankings don't mean squat especially in AA. People who vote don't really get to see how good a team is if they are not in the same region. It's almost strictly based on record. Win out and worry about rankings when playoff matches are decided.
