That's what I've been saying. I can't remember Murietta having the Cats number thus far. I see no reason why he/they would this year. Kick their asses Cats! Kick a few more asses...and a few more....and then, if we continue to win as well....then the BSC title will be played for where it should be.....in Montana!

Again, destroy NAU for me please!

The good thing about going to the 4-3 is we'll be able to pop the two tights on the line NAU uses so much and maybe stop the slants and posts that kill us--we'd let the safeties cover the wide receiver on the posts and we'll quit giving up the big third down plays. Just a thought; with the 4-3, the stinking counter-trey we overrun in the 3-4 won't be just as effective as the slants or posts the flood the middle. Time to realize everyone has gone back in time about five years.

I don't know what happened in Pokey, but NAU won the game and that surprised me. I thought ISU was going be tough this year. Maybe NAU is that good. Our offense has to play well this weekend or we'll lose again. It looks like NAU has a good offense, so I'm thinking we'll need our best game on offense to date.
I doubt we bring Groves back on art. turf, so it'll be up to Taito and Mason to run the ball. What happened to the guy from UTEP? Anyway, Mason has a burst, maybe he can break out. Cory also needs to snap out of it.
More than anything we just need to play mistake-free football. If they make great plays to force fumbles, INTs, then so be it, but we have got to clean up the penalties. AND we've got to get the calls this game. I saw at least two obvious holding penalties that weren't called. It also looked like Jefferson was interfered with on the INT in the end zone. I know this sounds desperate, but lets hope the refs miss some of our penalties and catch all of NAUs.
I don't think we can lose this game and have a chance to get to the POs. I think UM will beat PSU next week and I think we have the only team with enough talent to beat UM. So we have to win them all from here on out. I think once we win a game things will fall in place for us. We really need to get out of that 'what's gonna happen next?' mode more than anything.

I believe Murietta is 0-3 against MSU.

And there ya go. Let the Cat run of the BSC begin on Sept. 30 and culiminate with a showdown in Missoula in November. But still, watch out for Murietta. He's had a tough last few years but his freshman year was pretty stellar.

I dont want this as a griz fan, then if they beat us, we wont get the BS title. I want us to run away this thing!

I don't care let the past be the past and lets go to AZ and kick some ass! we can not keep dwelling on the past couple weeks and trying to find someone to blame, it is the season and it is what we have so lets back the coaches and the team. To the team and coaches I wish you luck and I'll be at every home game screaming my head off for you....

One conference game played and you are already giving up! I don’t think there will be a new coach this season! A player glancing at this board would have a hard time getting inspired. I still say get on with the next game and don’t give up. Calling for a coaches head at this point won’t accomplish anything. Back your coaches and team now as they are what you have. Later toward the end of the conference season I can understand the coach bashing, but now support seems more in order.

NAU is now 25th on Sportsnetwork. A win next week would put the Cats back on the map.
