Thank you True Bobcats!
Just wanted to take a minute and say thank you to those who had extra tickets and didn’t gouge fellow bobcat fans. We have had several people in our group helped out by season ticket holders and others who had extra tickets without gouging their fellow fans. Still looking for just a few more It’s been overwhelming for everybody with the crazy demand.
At this particular point, anybody finding a ticket is very lucky. I won’t mention the names of those that helped out, but I sure appreciate it. And those that we found tickets for sure appreciate it.
Not everybody can find themselves fortunate enough to get to every game whether it’s finances or just distance and logistics.. These are people that have passion and feel very blessed to get their hands on tickets.

We were lucky enough to get 4 SRO tickets and although they weren’t face value. They were reasonable. Very much appreciated!!

My 8 went face value as well and appreciate the acknowledgement as opposed to the complaints we have heard from others on BN. Those of us who were granted access to these tickets spend a lot of time and money being season ticket holders (I drive 8 hours each way for most home games).
Very happy to have more Cats in Bobcat Stadium Saturday. Now let's get the damn thing done - Go Cats!

Adding my thanks to a season ticket holder who transfered to me at face value.
And big kudos to all that are being kind!
PS. good luck to whomever has the $4000 listing in Sec 104 Row 1.

Re: Thank you True Bobcats!
It is awesome how many on here sold theirs at face value to other Bobcat loyal! Mine fell thru last minute. And I didn't want to risk missing. So I was one of the idiots paying Seat Geek prices. But hey, that's 3 more tickets that can't fall into gris hands.
Some people are a lot like slinkies....... Not really good for much, but it puts a smile on your face to watch them fall down a set of stairs.

My daughter and her friend were able to just get 2 for face value from a season ticket holder I don’t know.
I really think all those complaining about the process could get tickets at a reasonable price if they just start working their contacts and getting the word out. Daughter got hers from like a friend of a friends boyfriends uncle or something weird! lol.

Sold my eight to some great folks that I know will be loud and proud. My wife keeps asking why I didn’t raise the price to make some money. Never felt right. I’m fortunate enough to have the ability to buy season tickets every year, not every one is in that position. I’ll lose zero sleep over my decision.

Re: Thank you True Bobcats!
All 8 of mine went to deserving Bobcat friends and family for less than face value. No interest in selling them for a profit.
While there has been much written about the price of tickets on SeatGeek, it should be noted that there are only 80 listings. That is pretty amazing for a stadium of 20,000 seats!
Also, every listing has the seat row and seat number, so MSU can identify them. If the seats are an allocated extra seat and are being sold for outrageous markup, MSU should take away their “extra ticket” privileges in the future.

That is an amazing idea Cataholic. We should let them know that.

It’s possible the seats are being sold by the person that got them for free or face value from the original buyer.Cataholic wrote: ↑Tue Dec 16, 2025 9:35 pmAll 8 of mine went to deserving Bobcat friends and family for less than face value. No interest in selling them for a profit.

Someone great once said that it is more blessed to give than to receive. Thank you (and all the others who sold at face value or donated) so much for your kind and unselfish largesse. Have a great game experience and a great Christmas.Catbacker_1 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 16, 2025 9:19 pmSold my eight to some great folks that I know will be loud and proud. Then people should be wary of who they are giving tickets to. I know the 8 from me are going to be used by the people I gave them to.mtdoc wrote: ↑Tue Dec 16, 2025 11:22 pmIt’s possible the seats are being sold by the person that got them for free or face value from the original buyer.Cataholic wrote: ↑Tue Dec 16, 2025 9:35 pmAll 8 of mine went to deserving Bobcat friends and family for less than face value. I had someone on X today call me an elitist snob and took opportunities away from non-season ticket holders because I chose to buy the additional allotment. Funny that he still had an issue even though I sold them all to non-ticket holders but of my choosing.OutlanderCatAlum wrote: ↑Tue Dec 16, 2025 11:32 pmSomeone great once said that it is more blessed to give than to receive. I won’t turn this into a political discussion, but that seems to a common theme in today’s society.Catbacker_1 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 16, 2025 11:48 pmI had someone on X today call me an elitist snob and took opportunities away from non-season ticket holders because I chose to buy the additional allotment. Re: Thank you True Bobcats!
Now I feel bad for selling mine to Robby Hauck for $3,453. I charged him $1.00 for every tackle he was credited for but was the last one on the pile.
Punters are people too!!
