Reserving tickets to semi-final game
There was some talk about this on the Toxicity thread, but wanted to break it out to it's own thread.....
The MSU ticket office is currently allowing season ticket holders to reserve 8 additional tickets to a potential semi-final game. And it's my understanding, you can drop those tickets if we end up not playing the gris.
This is a great opportunity to swipe up tickets that could potentially be going on sale for um fans.

Re: Reserving tickets to semi-final game
We could get online and do this Saturday after the gris game correct? Looks like they would allow me to get 16 total, 8 sideline and 8 endzone.wbtfg wrote: ↑Mon Dec 08, 2025 4:51 pmThere was some talk about this on the Toxicity thread, but wanted to break it out to it's own thread.....

I suspect money in hand will override hope of future sales.
I requested 4 additional for the semi. I only see my original 4 in TW portal.

Where might one find the option to snag these additional 8 tickets?

Re: Reserving tickets to semi-final game
I didn't even try figuring this out online, but called the Ticket Office and was told we can request up to 8 additional. It is only a request, so not a guarantee. If you are granted the tickets, they try to put them near your existing ticket section, but that is also not guaranteed. The rep asked me if I had a preference between sideline or endzone. It was an easy process, I was on the phone, including hold time, less than 5 minutes.

When you purchased your tix, did you see the option to donate for student tix? The option is right under there.

Yes, but I can't get back into that area. It says my renewals are complete and I can't click on it any longer. The Big Meowski wrote: ↑Mon Dec 08, 2025 6:06 pmWhen you purchased your tix, did you see the option to donate for student tix? The option is right under there.

Ditto.
Can't make up my mind as to which is better - 55-21 or 48-14, but 34-11 will do, but 48-23 may be the best of all.

Re: Reserving tickets to semi-final game
If any ticket holder wants to buy the extra 8 and sell them to me for price you pay, I would be happy to purchase all 8. My budget is the cheaper tickets. Thanks

Re: Reserving tickets to semi-final game
I already submitted my "renewal application" at the beginning of the playoffs and didn't select any extra (not sure if it was even an option at the time). Is there a way to change that?

Re: Reserving tickets to semi-final game
If anyone wants to modify what they previously selected as the ticket purchase they have to call the ticket office. Do it ASAP.
Showing pressure on fourth down in overtime. They bring pressure. Lamson throws...Endzone! Caught! TOUCHDOWN!!! Taco Dowler!
And a kick away from a championship.

Re: Reserving tickets to semi-final game
I was given the sideline OR the end-zone option when I called. I believe it’s a max of 8 additional. Also it looks like the deadline is the 11th for season ticket holders to grab more. The Big Meowski wrote: ↑Mon Dec 08, 2025 5:19 pmWe could get online and do this Saturday after the gris game correct? Via the website, it's 8 of each category/16 total.catzz wrote: ↑Mon Dec 08, 2025 7:10 pmI was given the sideline OR the end-zone option when I called. I believe it’s a max of 8 additional. Yes there was that option to do on line. But I received a call later with friends wanting more so I called in like others have done….and ticket office just added on.The Big Meowski wrote: ↑Mon Dec 08, 2025 6:06 pmWhen you purchased your tix, did you see the option to donate for student tix? Re: Reserving tickets to semi-final game
I asked how many additional tickets had been reserved so far for the semifinal game final game and the gal said her supervisor had that information. If anyone calls before 4:55pm today, try to get that information out of them so we know where we’re at.
