Dumb things you heard from ESPN+ announcers.
I had an interesting idea after switching to the Cal Poly/Davis game this evening. The announcer immediately says about one of the Mustang’s linebackers ”that guy is just a ball sniffer”. I think it was supposed to be a compliment. But WOW!!!
Tell me what you heard!!!

We knew it the day he signed. The color guy, I think it’s Tripp or some other former player, said it’s the single greatest performance of all time for a gris. Can’t make that ****** up, it was said.

He said it was the best performance by a player in an FCS game that he’s ever seen.Hi-Line Bobcat wrote: ↑Sun Oct 05, 2025 9:30 amWe knew it the day he signed. If they mean that by most impactful, they have a point. They’d have lost multiple games already without Wortham. He might actually be better than Bergen was.

With success comes attention, with attention comes cockiness, with cockiness comes arrogance, with arrogance comes rudeness...and they wonder why I hate the Griz ! FTG
