I'm not sure much would change. The teams that have the deepest pockets (more important that stadium capacity) and the largest stadiums and largest fanbases are also most likely to be the teams that earned the highest seeds. The article says the NCAA claims as much as 85% of the revenue. I think at this point, any college that wanted to could offer a 4 or 5 year scholarship?
