Game time set in Eugene for the season opener.

Who else is going?

Who will be QB? Can the ‘Cats keep it close against what will be the first starting QB for Oregon since Justin Herbert that doesn’t have a lot of starting experience going into a season?

I’m glad it’s a 1pm game. Weather will be perfect and you can stay anywhere from Portland to the coast to Bend and still make it a day trip to Eugene.

Portland area for my group.

Already got hotel reservations in Eugene. We are flying into Eugene on Thursday, just so we can check out the city and what it has to offer.

Eugene reminds me of more beautiful Missoula, and there are positives to Missoula. It’s only 90 minutes to the coast as well. I’m only going to be in Portland because I lived there so long and have friends that want us to stay. My younger daughter will be a junior at Oregon State but she’s going to the game too.

91 days, 18 hours until kickoff.
MSU pulls off what looks like an upset but Oregon goes 5-7. Like when UM beat UW.

Waiting to find out if we got tix through MSU or not. If so, we’re going to make a long weekend of it. Thinking about checking out done coastal towns to maybe winter in.

Anybody else already thinking about how to watch Big Ten Network for a day?

Edit: my parents have Fubo, I was sure that channel wasn’t included but I guess it is!

You could do a YouTubeTV 7-day trial too.

This always works. Although, I like that YouTube TV doesn't have a contract and I can spot it off and on. I turn it on in the fall and get plenty of value on football games outside of ESPN+. Turn it off again after the season and then back on again for a month in the middle of March for basketball.

I do the same thing with ESPN+ September-March for football and basketball games. I don’t watch too many of the hoop games, but once in awhile a January home or road game is fun to watch, women or men teams.

Will be getting tickets through MSU. I see Eugene hotel prices are similar to the prices in Bozeman $$$$$$🙁.
