Did we miss him announcing entering?

Ugh i really thought this guy could have been a difference maker if he could just get on the field. Best hands I've seen since Herbert.

I highly doubt this forum would've missed that, so he was probably one of the rare players who entered the portal without a public announcement and "with that being said..." social media post.

Is that even legal? I just assumed that was rule with the ncaa portal- needing to post a “with that being said” message, or the transfer is not official.
