Tickets - Season ticket holders

Logged into my account and don't have the option to buy tickets at 10. I have my normal 4, but need one more. Anybody else having issues?

I just got 2 to go with my existing 8. It was not clickable until 10am but worked right at 10.
Someone last week had issues but then cleared their cache and history and re-tried and it worked.

Thanks... tried that and have been trying to log in on my computer and my phone and keep getting the same results

I had a minor issue clicking on open seats only to find out those seats weren’t open. After five tries, I finally located the amount I needed.

You have to click on Bobcat Athletics within the buy tickets portion of the site, then click on the Football Home Games section. If you click the Football Playoffs - Season Ticket Holders Click Here spot you won't get anywhere.

Yeah definitely once again had to log out and re-login to get the link to work and allow to see tickets available.

I didn't have any trouble either...a little anxious about my season tickets until they show up in my email.

Anyone else have problems with their renewals? For the last two games, I’ve reserved my seats and get the message that my card will be charged and then it isn’t charged. The first time, I caught it before my tickets were released and was able to manually pay. The second time, I didn’t get my tickets and had to buy different seats.

When you log into your account, does your order history show the semi final game?

My CC was charged a couple of hours ago.

My CC was charged a couple of hours ago.
Well, it’s probably a good thing I logged in and bought different seats because I didn’t get charged or receive an order confirmation.
