That was a brutal series for Riley Wilson.
He got sealed by #20 on Gronowski’s lead. He got leveled by #20 on a blitz pickup. He missed the tackle on the screen that converted 3rd down.

Pretty light attendance in Brookings. And the band played through the whole kickoff return.

This game is really encouraging to me so far. I haven’t seen the Jacks this year and it’s clear they aren’t on the Cats level. Their rush is slow, even when they blitz. If they make it to Frisco, MSU should handle them.

I've thought the whole year they may have a top 5 D, but their offense is just not great.
