Having 300-pound defensive ends is uncommon in today's game. Does the pass rush rely heavily on blitzing to compensate?BelgradeBobcat wrote: ↑Thu Dec 05, 2024 12:35 pmThe thing that jumps out about their depth chart is that they have 4 guys over 300 pounds on the two deep d-line whereas we have none. Also their linebackers are a lot bigger than ours. It just shows how the two teams are built differently.
How bout how many Gr/Sr they got starting? Talk about going into rebuild mode next season 14 of the 22 starters are either Gr/Sr, but then again some of the Sr could have an extra year left too.BelgradeBobcat wrote: ↑Thu Dec 05, 2024 12:35 pmThe thing that jumps out about their depth chart is that they have 4 guys over 300 pounds on the two deep d-line whereas we have none. Not great height in secondary. Most of their Ints have been by LB so must be able to bring pressure and drop some of them in. Coverage for quick routes. UM dropped one in flat, might be something they cover well. Can they cover Rohan and Taco?BelgradeBobcat wrote: ↑Thu Dec 05, 2024 12:35 pmThe thing that jumps out about their depth chart is that they have 4 guys over 300 pounds on the two deep d-line whereas we have none. Tyler Dostin suffered an ankle injury last week. He's not on the two deep. You'll see Bowling and Dowling as the primary pass catchers. Smithberger is a converted Olineman who's in there to run block.
Get ready for some extra large pancakes this Saturday.BelgradeBobcat wrote: ↑Thu Dec 05, 2024 12:35 pmThe thing that jumps out about their depth chart is that they have 4 guys over 300 pounds on the two deep d-line whereas we have none.
