NAU shouldn't be ahead of Sac and Davis.
MSU, ID, Sac, UM, Davis, NAU.
PSU doesn't even deserve to be on the rankings. The BSC should kick them out of the conference.

Yeah, now that I look at it a second time I am questioning myself! But maybe not- for the moment they are a hot team.
