It is synced, depending on where you are sitting in the stadium. Sound and video travel at 2 different speeds and at that distance, in a space that large, it is probably synced for about the 50 yard line. If you ever look at photos of the concerts in the stadium, you will notice large delay towers on the field toward the south 20 yard line to combat this.
