What happened to Mike Rider? I thought he did great.
Wasn't it RJ Fitzgerald last year? Not sure where he's at now.
RJ wanted to be able to watch his brother finish his playing career in Dillon. Rider works in Billings, and is a High School Assistant Coach (Billings West I believe)

Here's the live stream video of the radio call from yesterday if anyone wants to check out Leo Davis as the new color man.

Great job by the crew! Keaton is super talented! Davis fits in well! Hope we have them for a long time!
Keaton is the frigin GOAT right now. I'm not sure I've see a guy as prepared and talented as he is. I wish he could stay at MSU for decades to come but I know he won't be here long.

Leo was a touch…raw? You could tell he’d never done anything similar before lol.

Raw, and trite. Hopefully he gets better as time goes on. Tip of the cap to Rider and Fitzgerald, color commentary isn't an easy skill...
Imagine Gillogly and Gregorak together. THAT would be radio I'd pay to listen to!
I thought Leo really started to find his groove by the end of the game!
My favorite color guy is Brian Priebe during basketball season, brings a ton of insight and flows well with Keaton.

I think he did really well for his debut. Radio is nerve wracking, so it takes a while to find your rhythm. But he’s got great insight and a perfect personality for it. Reminds me of Dandy Don Meredith. Love it when he works Native American stuff into his commentary. He said something about the Cats getting some “good medicine” after lucky break, which was perfect. Dandy used to work cowboy stuff into his commentary and it was classic. Looking forward to more from Leo.
