It just wasn't our year. Happens in every level of sports. We caught the injury bug and regressed as the season went on. I'm afraid (just my opinion) if we had beat NDSU and gotten by USD (with a limping Chambers and no Tommy) we would have left WaGriz in tatters yesterday...it would have probably been ugly.
Lots of returning talent. We'll be back.
Sean Chambers without use of his legs and Jordan Reed's first game action at Wa-Griz. What could've gone wrong?
Right?
I was honestly watching that game yesterday grateful that we weren't playing in it. Their defense is nasty and our best offensive weapons are either out or injured. Not to mention our D sure had no luck stopping them last time.
Like I said, just wasn't our year.

Speaking of hard, I wonder if Lucas Semb has consulted a physician yet.
That guy is the biggest try hard I’ve encountered. He sucks.

Positivity is a strength of mine, as is futuristic. I started looking ahead on December 3rd, and there are blue skies and wins in our future as fans!

the hardest part will be if the gris beat sdsu. I think the only way not to kick to Bergen is if they squib kick it or shank it, neither which is good either. I think they are going to give sdsu a game.
The Griz have a really good defense. SDSU hasn’t seen anything like it. You almost always have a chance with a good defense.
The Griz do have a good defense, but the Bison were pushing them around by the 4th quarter. Bison QB also missed some wide open receivers. Also Mcwhateverhisnameis has looked awful the last 2 weeks and has been throwing Mcducks. Bergen has bailed that team out big time. Finally, SDSU is a lot better than the Bison….and the Grizzlies haven’t seen anything like the Bunnies.
By the end of this game the Jackrabbits will be the tornado, and the Grizzlies will be the trailer park……
Kitties haven't seen anything like it either...oh, wait, they have. Remind me how that went again? But the Cats are 'just as good as all of them' right?

I think the hardest part of this season is knowing that the four games we lost were to SDSU, UM (playing for the NC), NDSU (lost in Semifinals) and Idaho (lost in Quarterfinals). That said, if we can clean up a few things, fill some holes from guys leaving and stay healthy as a team, 2024 schedule plays out about how UM’s did this year. Much easier road schedule than season. I personally really like our chances next season….and at least we will have a new scoreboard and speakers!!
Yep, it was a rough season to be a Cat fan. Not rough as in the olden days where we all religiously watched the entire season and hoped and prayed that we could win ONE game.
This might be almost as painful though.
All that said, I am really looking forward to next year. I have faith in Vigen. Looking at the roster and the way the schedule sets up, I think when the Griz come to Bozeman next Fall that game will be for a top 2 seed and home advantage throughout the playoffs.
And you're probably right. Griz have the tougher schedule next year for sure and the Cats SHOULD be a top 5 team to start. Remember, BOTH NDSU & SDSU lose damn near every starter!

Isn't it time for grisslies to hibernate? Go crawl into a cave and come back next year
Can't make up my mind as to which is better - 55-21 or 48-14.
