Well, does Vigen get and take the job from NDSU?
I got to think it’s either him or Tyler Rohl (current coordinator there who I think is excellent)

My record speculating on coaches moving is pretty abysmal. Still, I'd be surprised in Vigen goes back to ND. I bet NDSU hires in house, like they usually do.

If vigen applies for it then he should be fired. Period.
Applying for jobs like boise state are one thing, that is expected and accepted. Trying to do a lateral move to our competition…. I would say tar and feathers. Haha

Well, Entz has probably lost his locker room so this will be beneficial to the maroons. Everything falling in place for them.

Why? NDSU has done nothing but come together as it faced adversity this season. I think this brings them even closer together and they will play hard to try and send him out with a Natty.
It’s not like Bison Nation has been kind to him. They’ve been wanting him gone for three years. Who knows, maybe his boss said they wouldn’t be renewing his contract and he should look for something else. Who knows.

Vigen just went 8-4 with an unbelievably talented team. I’d be shocked if they were interested in him.

That actually makes sense. At our game the guy sitting next to me indicated Entz was on the hot seat, OC too. I thought with their win over the Cats, and yesterday's win, maybe that had changed, but evidently not.
I sure hope Vigen doesn't go there.

I would bet any FCS team would take Vigen(excluding gris).

That honestly doesn't seem like such a great move for Entz. He must not have confidence in his position. Choate got a co-DC position at Texas off of a 28-22 record here (not suggesting that this was a bad hire or that Choate didn't deserve it-- just that for a guy who is 60-10 with 2 Nattys (and still playing in the national semifinals,you'd think an FBS HC shot(like Bohl got at Wyoming) would be realistic.

MSU vs NDSU salary’s are about the same with incentives. $400k vs $420k, but base salary is much higher at NDSU.

More money. Way nicer place to live. All the connections that come w/ coaching at USC and at that level.
