Can’t help but wonder if we will see a continuance of the two qb system with Reed?

I don’t think so, I bet it’s chambers all game. Unless we blow them out, which I don’t expect to happen.

I don't see it. I think their needs to be a running element and I don't think Reed has that gear. He throws a great ball but much to learn still. Now...Chance Wilson's running ability on the other hand...

Agree. Doesn't fit here. We're short on weapons in the pass game. No real reason for reed to play. Sean plays best in a rhythm anyway. This is all chambers.

I wouldn’t mind seeing Snell dial up a tight end pass like he did against UM last year. That play was unreal to watch.

I would be shocked.

Yes. Look for the Cats to mix it up and run Reed for a few series even if the game is contested.

I could talk myself into that.

You asked a very insightful question. Well done.

A thought … not sure Chambers could go stem to stern. It’s not his skill set.

I wouldn’t mind seeing some wildcat with Marqui Johnson taking the snap.

What about UC Davis last year. 200 + rushing and passing. Played all game.

You’re right. That’s a unique game. 227 passing and 209 rushing feels unreal. If things are not as smooth, can he shoulder the load?

I think he has to. I believe Weber would eat Reed alive. We'll see what the coaches do, but I have to imagine there will be a lot more short passing, jet sweeps and outside zone this week.

Wilson looks like he’d get snapped in half at this point.

Yes. He can, in my opinion. Other than the loss of the change of pace i think at minimum we're no worse off with Sean at the helm.

I’m surprised with the run game we have that you never see a play action pass play. Especially when trying to establish some semblance of a passing game.

If I’m making a bold prediction it’s we will see Reed in as a compliment to Chambers, not as a mop up qb.

Vigen said that there are things Reed can do that Tommy and Sean cannot. Would like to see him be more involved as the year goes along.
