-Titan Fleischmann- out for about a month, after cal poly game.
-Danny U. Expected to ply cat-griz
-Deryk Snell. Expected to be out until playoffs.
-Christian Anaya- out for a couple weeks or so, knee injury.
-Treyton Pickering- in a boot during nau game, injury/timeline unknown at this point. Questionable for cat-griz.
-Dru Polidore- expected to play cat-griz
-Jared white- might have a shoulder injury? Did not play 2nd half of NAU.

So did Tommy get hurt on a 2 qb play? I think I saw him fake a carry off the screen and got tackled low. He was in for plays after that and seemed fine. If that wasn’t it, it almost seemed like a non-contact. I had to rewatch it cause I busy with kids, but nobody really noticed it till minutes into the fourth and one announcer said “Where’s Tommy?”.

Obviously, there’s no hard date set for his return. But coaches are confident he will return sometime in the latter half of the season. Rehab is going well, from what I hear. Best guess for me is the Idaho or NAU game.

He was on the bench sometime in the 4th quarter, holding a crutch, with a really big ice bag toward the outside of his really big left knee.

I was going off of something I had read over on Egriz, so probably not the most accurate information. They said something about a separated shoulder, which would lead me to believe an earlier return than the Griz-Cat game. You’re probably right about the return in either the Idaho or NAU game. He’s good, so it will definitely help getting him back.

I hope Vigen doesn't go for it either. In the era of the transfer portal, you play your best players when they're available and if that means five or six games instead of four then so be it.

I was questioning whether Tommy was playing a little hurt last week and the beginning of the SDSU game. It didn’t seem his runs had the same vim as he had last year. I guess he could have been playing more conservatively to avoid an injury.

Perhaps I’m seeing things that aren’t there. Anyone else notice this.

On either a press conference, interview, or the one with he, Sean, and Denehhey, they talked about getting down or out of bounds more, reduce hits. I think he did that a few times in first half.

Yes, On one particular play he rolled right and turned up field. It was a one-on-one situation where he would typically plant hard and cut back inside. Instead the db was able to make an open field tackle limiting it to about a 6-yard gain. That doesn't happen if Mellott is 100%.

sometimes you wonder if that ends up causing more chance of injury as it goes against his instincts..I would sit Tommy this week regardless of how good he feels.

--game was very physical but he thinks we "got out of it pretty well"
--Ty has at least another week
-- Miles Jackson, hopeful to get him back this week
-- JT Reed will be several weeks
-- Lane Sumner is "out for an extended period"
-- Brott might be available this week
