Where do you figure this? I'm not doubting you one bit, but where did you see that he might transfer here? I can't wait to see if he actually does.

I have my doubts on this one... 5 star on rivals, 3rd on the Rivals top 100... why on earth would he transfer.

As for the JC guys, sounds good. I like the fact that the WR Toliver will arrive as a soph, and has good height. If I understand correctly, Claggett will be a junior. Sounds like a couple good gets, we have fairly good luck with JC guys (Siataga, Gatewood, others I can't think of off the top of my head).

I could tell ya who told me, but then I'd have to kill ya.

I love the idea of getting a kid from Butte JC. They are consistantly one of the top JCs in the country. Last year I believe their Oline averaged about 340, with most (if not all) going on to play I-A.

Butte has had some studs come out of there. Larry Allen from the Dallas Cowboys is one of them. Butte struggled this year but they are usually one of the top 5 junior colleges in the nation. They had a lot of young players on O this year.

Hey, the Butte pipeline that made Bobcat Football so strong for many years is back! Well, just kidding. Even though they are from Californial   , these 2 recruits aren't bad pickups for the program.

Because he wants to play next year.

Dang you probably shouldn't have said anything-now every 1-AA program west of Ohio will be on him.

I love that you cat fans get all riled up over this possible transfer who was previosuly academically ineligible yet at the same time bash any UM transfers and claim that MSU is such an academically tough school. It really makes for a worthwhile visit to your board.

Who is bashing UM transfers? We said a hundred times BEFORE, and after Swogger transferred that we didn't want a one year fix.

And who is getting so riled up? I don't see anybody even believing it, let alone getting "riled" up.

You are taking things to the extreme here bud, and have no basis for it.

Because I said he was a 5 star recruit (which he was)? Nice.

This was in the Chronic story today:
The Bobcats are likely to add three additional transfer wide receivers in the coming days, two of whom played in the Pac-10 Conference.
