If you'll notice... I posted a link at the top of the first post on this thread, that has the information. If you need additional information, I would call the Valley Ice Garden at 585-1415. I'm sure they'll be able to answer your questions, and if you are interested in the auction in Billings, I'm sure they'd be more than happy to give you the Billings Metra telephone #!

:) Hope this helps!

Not that I would bid more than 5 cents on them but does anyone know who the griz jerseys are that are up for bid.

Wow, I didn't realize the teams were actually wearing Bobcat and Griz jerseys! Too bad it's on the same night as the Cat/Griz WBB game, or I'd surely have gone.

The good news:

Team GP W L OTL PTS
Bobcats 33 28 4 1 57
Fairbanks 38 21 13 4 46
Wasilla 39 18 21 0 36

Yeah! That's pretty cool I think. Hey, it's for a good cause! It should be a really good game. Hopefully it will be sold out!

I have never been so proud of my Billings Bulls as now!
That's FUNNY, 'cause the last time I checked the standings:

Bozeman 33 28 4 1 57
Fairbanks 38 21 13 4 46
Wasilla 39 18 21 0 36
Billings 37 13 20 4 30
Helena 34 9 22 3 21

Billings is 2nd to last in the standings! Hopefully when they wear the Grizzly jerseys tonight, they'll JINX the Griz for next season's football standings and the Griz too will be 2nd to last in the conference!

Talked to my boss at the Ice Garden and the Stenerud jersey is already up to $750, and they still have the auction on Sunday night in Billings.

The Bobcats (Icedogs) killed the Grizzlies (Bulls) on friday night at the Ice Garden, 4-1, in front of a packed house. I was unable to attend because I had to get my student ticket tonight for the game tomorrow at three. however, I did listen to the game as I was driving home.

Hopefully at about 5:30 tomorrow I will be celebrating another Bobcat win. :D

Eric Curry STILL makes me sad.

You had to get your ticket tonight? I was told that we just walked in like any normal game.

By who? 1300 student tickets were available tonight after the Lady-Cat/Griz game. You had better call the ticket office or Ask-Us ASAP, and see if they have any left... Here's hoping you aren't SOL.

I bought one yesterday morning so I'd have a ticket in hand. I didn't want to have to go through the cattle-like proceedings to get one, even though I was at the women's game, supporting the Lady Cats. There has to be a different way to distribute the tickets, maybe based on fan loyalty. Otherwise said, all of us get first priority. It's selfish, I know, but the best fans should have the best spots for the best games. With about 7 minutes left in the second half, the student section just left to get a ticket. That must have said something to the Lady Cats. I bet there are a few non-student tickets left, Longhorn, but expect to pay $15 for them.

GO CATS!
It's always a good day to be a Bobcat fan! :) =D^ \:D/
My name is Steve, if you'd like to know.

I always had the same thought when I was there. My first thoughts for football are to actually scan the magnetic strip on your card at each game. Those that attend every football game get first crack at Cat/Griz tickets. Same could be done for basketball. The worst thing happened at Cat/Griz during the tourney a few years ago. We showed up very early to get the best seats possible. They weren't letting anyone sit in the front row because of "safety" Until a group of 20 students shows up completely hammered right before tip-off and they let them have the seats as there was no more space left. I was so upset. The loyal student fans at MSU end up getting a raw deal many times!!
