Top ten in total yards and passing yards for 1-AA and for BSC.

No, but they are impressive. YET, since in Dr Dave's (Dickinson) day they didn't count post season play, which Dave had lots of, Travis's numbers are pretty average. We should drag out those stats too and just take a look!! Sorry Bobcat.

Since Travis only played in two playoff games, one as a Freshman and one as a Sophmore his numbers were not inflated due to those games. DD on the other hand must have played in at least 8 playoff games. The "true" comparison would be the 11 regular season games only. In that light Travis has the better Total Offense numbers and DD has the better Passing numbers.

Get lost. How are his numbers "average"?

The numbers aren't nearly as important as the impact Lulay had on turning our program around. I'd gladly put his legacy up against any Grizzly, DD included.

I've been wondering what is Travis' W-L as a starter too? I've not seen the 4 year total...

Just average someone said. Someone who is probably well aquainted with average.

From the Bobcats Athletics article written Sunday "But he finished 7th in Division I-AA history with 12,205 total yards, and 11th in I-AA annals with 10,746 passing yards.

Actually he was the fifth. He is now one of seven.

Since Travis Lulay took over as MSU's starting quarterback, the Bobcats are 25-18 overall, 19-9 in the Big Sky Conference

This whole article is pretty much about his career at MSU http://www.msubobcats.com/news.php?sid=h&nid=1224

Also 2nd in BSC history in total yards behind Jamie Martin, missed getting the record by 82 yards, and 5th in BSC history in passing, for now. I don't think Meyer has a shot at Lulay's total offense record but maybe, between him and Kimble, he could get the passing one if they go deep enough.
