Lulay is primed to destroy most of the remaining records for MSU, and the Big Sky. Some interesting #'s I saw - 4 TD passes and he moves into a tie for 1st in Bobcat history. Passing DD for total yards should come in the 1st Q. And a really interesting one is that he needs 981 passing yards to surpass DD. Most likely he'll surpass DD's passing total DURING THE CAT\GRIZ GAME!!! Can't wait for that announcement.

Jamie Martin holds both the BSC passing record and total yards record. Lulay will have to average better than 300 yards per game to break those.

Lulay can pass Martin for the total yardage record, but I don't think he can beat Martins passing record. Damn near all of Martins total yards were passing, he only had 80 non-passing yards in his career.

Keep in mind that 1-AA didn't allow playoff games be included when DD was playing. Kramer said that on sports nuts Tuesday. I don't remember when that all changed but that's the fact. No I am not a griz fan, just telling the facts.

Either way, if Travis doesn't get one more yard passing or rushing he is an Amazing QB that has brought Bobcat football to a new level. The same should be said for Dave Dickenson, both are class acts!

Yes they are both class guys, and have done amazing things for their program. The only thing Lulay has to do is win a championship.

So to be fair and compare like numbers. Taking away Travis' two playoff games subtract 411 yards from his passing numbers and 424 yards from his all-purpose offensive numbers.

I think Travis has a better shot at BSC MVP because of the numbers of people like Meyer. But, I think it would be hard pressed to say another player in the Big Sky means more to their team's success.

I have to agree here. It depends on whose team wins and who has the better individual game. I think as far as MVP goes, who is more valuable to their team than Travis Lulay is to the Bobcats? That alone should be worth an MVP award.
