Murietta

I saw Murietta was benched for the game today. Is this going to be the norm for the rest of the season?

Portland State 45 Northern Arizona 0 ??????

Two bye weeks in a row unless Murietta plays.

Murietta was said to be out due to a combination of injuries, but he did play a little against PSU.

NAU has packed it in. Cats will be riding high after next week. If this game is a close one then you really really have to take a look at your team.

Never mistake activity for accomplishment.

I'm sick of the man because the man is a thief.

I don't think that is entirely true. I'm sure NAU has a lot of guys on their football team that were embarrassed by that score and will come out HOT to play the CATS this year. Especially after how we killed them last year too. We should beat them, but we cannot take any team lightly the rest of the year (see Sac State last year). If we play our game I like our chances, but we still need to execute and not make stupid penalties/turnovers (AND TACKLE).

NAU will probably be ready to go for MSU, especially after last year's pasting and Lulay and Turnquist's classic comeback when they last came here. However, we have something to play for, and they really don't except for being the spoiler. We should have worked out some of our tackling issues during the bye week. We have a chance to get to 4-1 going to EWU, but we have to be 3-1 first and we should take advantage.

GO CATS!
It's always a good day to be a Bobcat fan! :) =D^ \:D/

The Bobcats can ill afford to overlook any single team in the BSC. No team in the conference has that luxury... ONE GAME AT A TIME! And the Bobcats know that and will be prepared week to week. NAU has a gifted QB in Murietta... don't overlook that fact. We need to take care of business next Saturday at Bobcat Stadium!

So true. We need to come out next week and play like our tails are on FIRE :hot:

This week we come out firing. We need the D to get some momentum by shutting down the Lumberjacks and get some confidence for the next week against Sac.
THEN... EWU who by the way is not done yet.
