Travis Lulay

Post by Catdad39 » Sun Oct 09, 2005 7:53 pm

I think we should start a national campaign to make Travis Lulay the Payton Award winner for this season. The intangibles with this young man are incredible. He has put this team on his back many times and this past Saturday is certainly no exception. He is more valuable to his team than any other player in the country! When you think that he leads the team in passing, rushing and punting! All I can say is WOW! His "moxie" is unmatched. He is a winner! I think that was his 10th second half comeback with many of those coming late in the game. I have seen most in person and he never ceases to amaze me. He BETTER be the Big Sky MVP or the award is a joke. Nobody does what Travis does for our Bobcats!

Never mistake activity for accomplishment.

I'm sick of the man because the man is a thief.

go to sportsnetwork.com and then go to the I-AA section, there is information on all the walter payton award candidates and their current stats, lulay is def. competing for it, it looks like some qb named ricky santos is having a crazy year, if cats can keep winning behind lulay's incredible play he'll have a shot

Santos is having a huge year, as is Nealy (Tx St) and the QB for N Iowa, can't remember his name.
