Which poll matters. When they go to name the at large bids for the play offs who which poll do they use or which poll is closer to poll they use.

Mslacat, the voting members of the Sportsnetwork poll are the ADs of the 1-AA schools (I know, sometimes when they're pretty busy an SID will send in the ballots). I believe this year Peter Fields is on the selection committee that will meet the day after we stomp the Fizzlies. At least I thought I read somewhere that he was a member.

And for what it's worth, I don't think there's been a committee member from one of the automatic qualifier conferences, hence schools such as Poly will almost always get left out.

and we are only .11 points off of 5th place in the GPI...that's a huge stat...could come into play come at-large berth time in the tough BSC

Ya it could come in handy for the OTHER teams looking for an at large bid when they factor in our ranking as a part of their schedule
