Anyone hear from Coop?? I see he is listed as the 3rd string Sam Backer behind the Cowboy's #1 draft pick and the veteran starter. I have not seen any Camp Notes on Cooper. Now here's the thing: that's not good news because he is not shinning/kicking arse or it is good news because he is not totally screwing up. Choose your poison.

I think Dallas plays Arizona tomorrow night. I'm not sure if it's on TV. I'm thinking at best Roger will have to make the Special Teams or Practice Team to survive being totally cut by Coach Parcells. Let's hope Roger makes the 53 man roster. If not, maybe NFL Europe is his calling just like Swags did last year. GO COOP!!! Do the COOP-A-LOOP!!!

ON THE COWBOYS WEBSITE THEY SAY COOPER WAS ACTIVE BUT DID NOT PLAY. THAT IS TO BAD, HOPEFULLY HE WILL GET A SHOT IN THE NEXT GAME.

I just heard on the radio that Roger Cooper was waived by the Cowboys. Too bad because he is a good kid. Canada or Europe?? Help coach the 3-4 at MSU??

It's official, saw it on the Cowboys website- was released today. Hope someone picks him up. Now that training has started players are getting dinged up and hopefully some team will need to add depth to their LB corps. Good luck, Coop!
