Tough loss, but we didn't really deserve to win with that offensive production. Quite pathetic. The worst part for me is the rest of the team did their job. We had plenty of TO's, stops, etc. to get the win and couldn't do anything.

what a waste of a great effort on part of the defense. They gave the offense every opportunity to win. That was a poor offensive performance, especially considering they had two weeks to prepare. We only needed one "wrinkle" or special play and we would have won. Kudos to Christoff and the defense and the offensive line for giving Jack time to throw. It is too bad we could only manage 7 points.

THANKS REFS!

Our O didn't help us any, but the Refs didn't help our O any - should have been a first down on the Jefferson reception, and on the interception that was tipped by Barnhardt, the defender had ahold of Barnhardt's facemask BEFORE the ball got there.

Then, some fan throws a tennis ball on the field on the final drive (the second time that day, the third time in the game something was thrown on the field by GRIZ fans...) and no flag is thrown. Complete BS!

TERRIBLE REFS!

You can't blame an entire fan base for 4-5 complete morons.
griz fans do all the time for what maybe 3 guys did to the NDSU fans last year.

I couldnt believe the begining part of this game, that was the most intense, dirty, puches thrown, physical game I have seen in years. Too bad the cats got the short end of most of the punches and hits.

Personal apology to Jefferson...sorry for the comment. Inapropriate. I know all were trying as hard as they could. I'm truly sorry if that was the last game for our seniors.

Maybe. But from my angle in the bar, we committed enough stupid penalties that were correctly called. Even if some calls were bad, they didn't take us out of the game. We did that ourselves. Can't blame this loss on the refs, terrible or not.

They definatley did not help. In fact, they were helping the Griz all day. Attebury (who is as unbiased as any announcer) noted numerous times where the Griz gained a yard of field position on incomplete passes....

Yes, we had our fair share of penalties that were absolutely warranted. But the Griz got away with more than their fair share.

I don't think this one can be blamed on the refs. We had plenty of chances to do something and didn't. I think we were something like 3-17 on 3rd down. I didn't see the griz gaining any yardage after incomplete passes - except when we commited PI.

Gotta love those cat fans. The tennis ball trown was by a cat fan just in front of me.

The GRIZ, a quarter century of total football dominance over the cats.
