gris have allowed 139 points in their last 3 games. They only allowed 159 points in 11 games during the entire 2023 season. EWU and Weber aren't exactly offensive juggernauts either. Both of them were averaging less than 30 points per game before playing the gris. I'm still hesitant to write them off too early, because I did that last year after they lost to NAU, and then they won out until Frisco. They have some major issues to fix on defense though. They've given up so many big plays in these last two games. Not only have their opponents been scoring a lot of points, but they've been scoring quickly, which has to be demoralizing.
