Glad it’s 30-3, but this score at halftime feels weird.
I’m glad the offense is gelling and feeling it, is this the Cats new identity??

We have not ran anything to the outside, would seem to work as we seal the edge well, Vigen is so damn stubborn though and will run it up the gut until it works. Our line does not create that nice cutback lane that we have been use to in the past.MountainCat wrote: ↑Sat Sep 27, 2025 3:34 pm49 yards of rushing going into the half for the Cats. When was the last time that happened? Are we you going to a boat race offense?? I’m

A trend is starting to happen though where teams are just going to live with Lamson beating us through the air. The plus side of that is Jones is a great receiver, our line is great at pass pro, and Justin is getting more comfortable with his guys. Every run play on first down, safeties are roaming and creating 8-9 man boxes. We've finally made a team pay on the scoreboard and we could've had more. Are MSU fans ready to cheer for a run to set up the pass offense?SparkCat wrote: ↑Sat Sep 27, 2025 3:36 pmWe have not ran anything to the outside, would seem to work as we seal the edge well, Vigen is so damn stubborn though and will run it up the gut until it works. As long as it’s a W I could care less what our offensive identity is. In fact, it reassuring knowing we have the guys that can make the big run plays and can be a threat through the air.VimSince03 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 27, 2025 3:42 pmA trend is starting to happen though where teams are just going to live with Lamson beating us through the air. Meanwhile our D gave up 0 rushing yards and 21 runs. Caden came back on to the sidelines and was moving fine after leaving early in the 2nd. Colter Petre and JJ Dolan are the safety tandem moving forward if Caden sits. Hope it's precautionary. As for Grebe, they've rotated LB pairings after every drive and they don't sub out. Grebe has had a great game against the +1 run game.
There you go.SparkCat wrote: ↑Sat Sep 27, 2025 3:36 pmWe have not ran anything to the outside, would seem to work as we seal the edge well, Vigen is so damn stubborn though and will run it up the gut until it works. Why do you think they allow iPads on the sideline now!
Completely agree, he totally got into his own head. Hope he gets over it with a good night sleep.
