I heard a comment in some post-game analysis that Chacere "gave the Cats all they could handle" in this game. That made me scratch my head a little bit.

I realize he got loose a couple times on the ground, but otherwise this was a nightmare day for him. He was sacked 5 times. He fumbled twice. He threw 2 interceptions. He was at 4.2 YPA. He only led one legitimate scoring drive before garbage time.

I see the talent that everyone else sees, but I did not understand at all the notion that he gave MSU a really hard time. They dominated him.
Spot on. Chacere showed a lot of natural athleticism, but that's about it.

The really impressive part was MSU defensive adjustments at halftime to shut him down.

By halftime adjustments, I think you mean putting Danny U into the game.

Can't tell if serious... :-s
But if so, I completely agree. Danny is VERY fast reading and reacting. We are a much better team with that kid in the field.

Ha! Yeah that may have been the #1 adjustment. Danny U is a special player.

He has significantly improved from last year. Fun to watch.

It’s been almost 1.5 games since Danny and Nolan played together due to targeting calls.

Need them both ready for Idaho. Should be a fun one in person.

MSU is great at making halftime (and in-game) adjustments since Vigen took over. Both offensively and defensively.

I think we win by at least 2 TD’s
