That's very cool. Lindy's has been around a long time. I wonder how close he came in the Pro Bowl voting (who votes on this anyway?). I know he gets knocked for missing tackles but also makes a lot.

Players are voted into the Pro Bowl by the coaches, the players themselves, and the fans. Each group's ballots count for ⅓, or 33.3%, of the votes.

Just my opinion but I would put a little $$ on Hunter Provience being an all Conference TE at the end of the season.

Grossman is a good receiving TE, his blocking is pretty average IMO.
For MSU's system we need better blocking TE's, we have been spoiled on that with Pickering and Snell, I really think Providence and Lonergan will do very good in our system.

Just my opinion but I would put a little $$ on Hunter Provience being an all Conference TE at the end of the season.

MSU's offense kept rolling with Provience and Lonergan after Snell and then Pickering went out, but despite the good numbers the seniors were missed. MSU struggled to finish drives vs. UM and NDSU. No, I'm not saying that MSU wins those games with those guys in, just that I think there was a difference between the success MSU had with vs without those two.

I don't know about the end of this season, but, eventually, I think you are right. I've watched him a bit in practice and he is impressive.

Yeah, not knowing what Chattanooga brings to the field, I'd guess the over/under on wins is 2.5.

Yeah, I had to look it up. Looks like Chattanooga is playing Portland next year, so a home game with PSU this year and away game next year.

During his first summer in Bozeman, there was a photo taken of Willie and I believe the other receivers at a picnic at a coaches home. Willie wasn't smiling and looked to me like he wanted to be anywhere other than in Bozeman. I thought at the time that he would be gone within a year. Boy was I wrong, Willie overcame a lot of adversity, turned out to be not only a great player but a great leader on the team as well. I know Willie mentored a lot of the underclassmen and they certainly listened to him. He could be great coach after his playing days are over.

Looks like Mercyhurst has filled out their football schedule this season. Interesting schedule to say the least. They do play a mostly FCS schedule but they tossed in some Div 2 and 3 teams.
