I remember when Bill & Mary was good at everything too.
Exactly Bill and Mary were supposed to have a great defense 2 years ago and the final was 55-7
That was a cold night. Took awhile to get going but once it started it really snowballed. I don’t think WM was as bad as that score. Reminded me of our last two games against UM in Missoula.
I thought then and still think now William and Mary was an average team with almost no chance to win in Bozeman.

After watching some B&M footage, I’m going…

Pretty weak showing by CAA and NAU today. If UM loses, it’s a bad day for BSC too.
UM isn’t very good and NAU hadn’t beaten anybody all year. I still expect the Gris to win but am expecting a ballgame into the late 4th quarter.

If UNH comes back, Cats run all over them. Up middle could be tough vs UTM, but seem susceptible on edge, UNH qb can't run. UTM dbs seem pretty good.
At about the 44 minute mark the co-host on Zack McKinnell's pod says, "NO ONE runs on UT Martin." Hold my beer...

This will be huge test for our offense and showing the FCS that we’re deserved that #1 spot.
If we don’t win by 20+ I’ll be concerned.

Well some of our posters are acting like this is the best defense we have ever seen. Agreed though, should win by 3 scores.

The last two teams the Cats played from Tennessee, UTM and Austin Peay, both played pretty good defense against the Cats, it was their offenses that couldn’t keep up. I’m still hoping for a four score win but I wouldn’t overlook anyone in the playoffs.

I think some people are acting like UTM has a good run defense. Not the best defense they’ve ever seen.

I tend to look for ways an underdog can win. I feel like the ways a favorite can win are less challenging. Usually people say they can win if they win the turnover battle or make big ST plays. I like to look for more sustainable things.

At first I was hoping for the southern team to win and we would have a game in cold weather but according to the forecast we are looking at temperatures of close to 50. Kinda Tennessee weather.

That’s fine, all I have been trying to point out, is aside from Kansas who have they played that can run the ball? It’s terrible data points to say one way or another, I know a few of my customers would murder me if I provided them with an unproven product. I can guarantee, they will stack the box and sell out to stop the run. Which often creates more of a disaster for defenses.

Do we get our usual announcers, or do we end up with ESPN issued announcers? I always have to watch from home. I’d love to make a game some day but this wasn’t the year for me.

Typically playoffs are an ESPN crew

Well, everyone said MSU hadn’t played anyone good even though it was pummeling everyone. If you do what you’re supposed to do, then it’s worth recognizing.
