I have sat through many years of midling football at MSU. In most of those years we had a defense, so even if we took the loss, I felt we were in the game. This year without a defense at all, this is the toughest time for watching games that i've ever had.

Prukop's decision making has regressed this year.

Agreed. But I think he feels like he has to win every game by himself. Which isn't far off.

I hope you are correct VimSince03...And I do agree with DP and Newell.

The defense should be much improved next week...

I disagree. He's been forced to shoulder more of the load and is taking more risks, due to the abject disaster that is the Bobcats defense.

Eric Curry STILL makes me sad.

Prukop steps up and leaves the pocket too soon. Poor decisions on passes. It's a lot of pressure knowing you have to score on every down to even have a chance. This team is going nowhere fast. Playoffs!!!! Ur talking playoffs!! No chance

But he has definitely regressed on his deep balls. Missing a lot of open receivers.

Agree with both of these comments.

Absolutely! When you are always behind (and usually by 2 scores), you tend to press and make bad decisions. If our defense actually could force a punt, maybe he could just run the offense.

Has Portland State had a National offensi've player of the week, even once in the last 10 years before tonight?

Sadly this is all I can say. Well actually I can't even say it so I'll let Dandy Don do it for me. http://r.search.yahoo.com/_ylt=A2KIo9j7 ... _qPjIXzmw-

Another team breaks a record against us. PSU school record rushing yards.

Well I think this settles the old adage that Defense wins championships. Doesn't matter if your have the best offense if the D can't get a SINGLE F'ing stop.

I guess that running back had almost 300 yards today. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
