If I was MSU I'd onside kick everytime. The d won't stop you from anywhere at least we might get it 20% of the time. So far today their offense is 6 for 6 on drives.

Re: Game Thread: Cats at Portland State
Well, guess that's that. The defensive coaches need a hard look at the end of the season. I was hopping to see more improvement from the defense. I think the talent is there, but something is lacking on the coaching side. Wish I could put my finger on it, but I am at a total loss. Hope for better results next year because it isn't going to happen this year, at least on the road.

Impressive blocking by 94 on that return. I couldn't see the other MSU player. They leveled the PSU player.

Re: Game Thread: Cats at Portland State
I've never said this before because usually I'd like to think I'm a fairly calm fan. But Rob Ash needs to do the right thing and resign. He is not benefitting MSU anymore. He has done so much good for this program and I respect all he has done. But he isn't the coach that is going to take us places. He knows it, the players know it, we know it. I'd love to see Tim Cramsey take over as interim HC, and then a national search beginning very soon. It is perfect timing with us playing East Tennessee State this week. God Bless, they are garbage and we will win no matter what. Gives the new HC time to get his barring straight. Ash has done a ton for the program, absolutely no denying that. But he needs to do the best thing for it, and him staying isn't it.

Wow nice play by Logan Jones. Not bad for a walk on true freshman with no scholarship. Too bad the defense has to go back on the field.

Giving up 3rd and long and giving up the big play is what MSU Defense does best. Geezus.

Re: Game Thread: Cats at Portland State
I'll say it again. BENCH the entire defence. Can't tackle can't find an angle, don't deserve to be on the field. Did everyone get high before the game?!
