Regarding Kramer "Calling players out", sometimes it needs to be done. Yes, he has probably overdone it a little bit in certain situations (Ryan Johnson), and he also goes overboard sometimes in the exact opposite direction (Last week called Daly the best defensive player in the Big Sky). He's obviously an extremely emotional person. One thing though... he is very smart and understands exactly what we need to do, and at what level our players need to perform to win the Big Sky... and he's on a mission to do just that. He is doing what he needs to do to squeeze every last bit of effort out of our players for the Big Sky finale...

just like any good personnel manager, I think Kramer nows which buttons to push and how for each of his players. Some can probably handle it better being in the media than others can. Kramer has way more contact with these kids that we can imagine. He should be able to anyways.

I'll tell you right now... Everything Kramer does is very very very... calculated. He is not a man that blurts things out he knows exactly what he is saying and knows exactly what the posible outcomes will be. He often will stop in the middle of speaking to think about his wording he's is a very precise and direct person and doesnt talk to just talk (allthough it seems that way sometimes :? )
