Tickets - Season ticket holders

Anyone else have problems with their renewals? For the last two games, I’ve reserved my seats and get the message that my card will be charged and then it isn’t charged. The first time, I caught it before my tickets were released and was able to manually pay. The second time, I didn’t get my tickets and had to buy different seats.

You are the reason I am anxious about my season tickets! I received them last week without any issue...

I just counted. 53 tickets show remaining. I suspect more behind the band will open at some point as I haven't seen any there and that was the section to get more throughout last week.

It seemed like those were released. There were a lot available in 124. Still the most with about 20.

I have tried to get in and see tickets. But every link takes me to a website Ive never seen before that gives me a countdown clock to when student tickets go on sale. Haha. Wild stuff.

yeah, that just started a few minutes ago. maybe during that queue period it blocks the other access. Last I counted was about 30 tickets left.

Drove up to the Brick and picked up my tix yesterday. One of the only perks of still living in Bozo. TicketsWest is a joke. Hope no one gets hosed again by that ticket site. No Bueno.

I'm surprised at the reported problems tbh. My tickets were renewed right on schedule, the email with the tickets ready for download was delivered 8 minutes later, and I've never had a problem with the link (after logging out and back in once). Bummer for some, but the speed at which the seats evaporated, it seems having a problem is the exception.

I can say not to panic even if you can't get through on the phone. Each week there has been corporate dumps on Wednesday, the students will very likely not fill the allotment and so there's another dump, and USD will probably return some for even another dump. Every week this has happened. Plus, this week they will likely release SRO earlier than last week, which was a meer couple hours before kickoff.

Although I renewed online thru TicketsWest, I still called the ticket office yesterday and confirmed. My card was charged first thing this morning and I received my four digital tickets shortly after!!

I’ve never had a problem until this post season. I’ve always just reserved all the tickets at the end of the season and then my card is charged. This year, the tickets are shown as reserved but nothing happens after that. I checked my reservation twice yesterday and I still got nothing.

Well - tried to get in and buy some tickets at 1:00 and section 119 had quite a few for a minute...then 'poof' thew were gone. I guess I'm too old and slow. If onyone has three tickets to sell please let me know. Thanks!
