Keyshawn James-Newby from Idaho jumps out to me from who I’ve seen. Big Sky sack leader. No one else stood apart from me, but he caught my eye.

I thought he was marginal at best when he played against the Bobcats.

I'm a big fan of all the stuff Tomcat is posting on the OL and how that unit deserves to be recognized more specifically. The RTDB culture at MSU certainly makes these guys famous at our school, but a more formal award at the end of the year is needed.

You might be right about that. I remember one coach who recently said that the Bobcats don't throw the ball particularly well.
That's almost like saying the Bobcats don't have a very good QB.

I understand what your both saying, but seems like if Larisson was unanimous he would get the POY. I suppose because it is by position 1 could hold out for QB and all could vote for a RB, but votes get split for POY

He can be unanimous at RB without getting a single vote for OPOY. 2 RBs on first team.
Likewise, wouldn't be surprised if a coach or two had Hastings in front of Mellott at QB.
