If we had kick cover like this at PSu we would have won!

Touchdown Bobcats!!!! I'm giddy and a bit pathetic. I'm sitting in my hotel room here listening to the game screaming like an idiot!

We seem to have trouble every game with the 'Sweep". Why is that play so hard to defend?

We should be up by more then 13 on these clowns. We keep pissing away good opportunities. I'm impressed with the D so far, but we need to keep the offense on the field. Next week, Kramer will need to work on our D-Line boys running with the ball. Too bad for Papich, I would have loved if he would have been able to score.

Great work D! Way to step it up! I'm loving that they are all pinning their ears back and going to the ball!

Kris just said that 94% of the time that the officials are right on...this makes me laugh everytime! And now it's a safety! I'll take it!

Hi!

I am near Spokane trying to listen on the internet. I have guests over. Could someone give me the quick highlights of the game. The defense must be playing better?

Defense is playing great. Offense has only had about 13 plays all half. We have fumbled once in the end zone and once at the 5.

Basically the Cats D has stepped up getting a ton of pressure on NAU. We have missed out on some good opportunities to score with Gatewood fumbling the ball on a sure touchdown and Papich fumbling the ball back to NAU at their five. We have kicked two field goals and Lulay hit Gatewood for a touchdown early in the first. I think that's about it! D has really stepped up a lot.

Agreed, but a lead is a lead, at least we get the ball back to start the second half and need to come out firing right away.

Also in case noone else has seen, it is 7-0 Griz in the first quarter against PSU.

Travis must have about 200 total yards even with the minimal number of plays.

yep, lead is a lead, and thrilled with it. O is sounding good, hopefully we twist the dagger early in the 2nd half.

22-0 is decent. It's no 51-0 though

Great half of football. penalty free for the most part. some big plays. a few mistakes, but definately can fix that. Our D has really impressed me so far, especially with how much time they have spent on the field.
