I am always skeptical of the Cats and for good reason, they time and time again play scared of the Bison.

We tried to out NDSU NDSU and it failed in the first half. We had a great 9 min drive that got 3 points. Our secondary has been in question most of the year and they have found holes so far. They haven’t been able to run but boy their picking us apart in the passing game

The reality is we don’t have the talent in the trenches to compete with the MVFC. Yes, we catch lightning in a bottle every now and then against the SD schools but that’s the exception.

Our D line is getting zero pressure and blown off the ball. The LBs aren’t reacting fast enough. And the secondary is the secondary.

Gotta put Tommy on the move with the call to throw first, run second. The Defense needs to play the middle of the field and forget taking away Lance. Take away Miller and Lance will fall. Pressure Miller but maintain lanes! This game isn’t over… get your head right Cats!

No one is ‘owed’ a victory. We are owed a team that can match the play of the top Dakota teams. It took them how long to become a dynasty compared to the Montana schools? Trying each year to equip ourselves to match the play of a DSU team and each year falling short, well something is missing and something needs to change as with our resources and let’s be honest, the college itself, we should be in the driver seat every year.

I love your optimism and enthusiasm! I just am basing this off of our history.
