Man, that poor kid. I hope he is able to figure this all out and has a good career. I'm sure it's tough as a high school kid to navigate this stuff.

I totally agree....these 17/18 year old kids aren't trusted to walk the halls of their schools to use the restroom without a hall pass and teacher authorization, but yet we expect them to navigate NIL, recruiting, financial aid...etc. Crazy times for sure.

That’s where having a trusted HS coach and parents is huge. I kind of feel bad for him, I think his QB coach or whatever he calls himself is a shyster.

What an absolute train wreck! I do feel especially bad for the players, both those who transferred in being given all sorts of empty promises, and then the new recruiting class. Really think this serves that pompous president of theirs right though. Such a California, holier than thou, arrogant a**. He totally set them up with his whole Panda thing vs the griz, and I'm sure the coach started making contact with Deion after that. I mean what coach wants to work under a guy that does that? And the whole FCS is like JV football thing too. Like I said, I feel bad for the players and recruits because they're the ones who's futures are uncertain now.

I agree 100%! Either their parents weren't paying attention, or they got flat lied to, probably both. Of course I'm not sure how 9 MT high school players decided to sign with the griz either.
