Trump, or anyone's, rallies bring in a lot of money to the community. I saw a ton of out of state license plates yesterday around the campus as I was able to drive up 11th past the fieldhouse and Roskie lots early in the day. Trump, specifically, has a Grateful Dead-like following so those people coupled with all the Wyoming, Utah, Idaho people probably dumped a good chunk of money into the area for the couple days they were there. MSU, itself, I would assume got whatever it charges for rent of the fieldhouse and it looked like the main parking lot at the fieldhouse had people charging money for parking or else checking parking passes, which I would assume were pre-paid for, so that's another source of income. It's good to have people at MSU on top of that and looking for opportunities to bring in funds for the school. I wouldn't be surprised if Sheehy, if he wins, will donate a large chunk of money to MSU since he lives nearby. Maybe he already has. The only thing taking money away from the community are the swag stands that follow Trump around the country. But I think most people already have their fill of t-shirts and flags as I didn't see any big lines at them.

My comment was a call back to Trump's inauguration where there was a debate over how many people were actually there. As claimed by him or as claimed by others. No politics. Just a flipping joke.

You felt my post needed a response because you get triggered by me. You don't like me. It's kind of snowflake-like behavior. I want to make it clear I'm not calling you one. I would never condone that.

Dude. I made a general comment, directed at multiple people. Nobody specific at all. I just wanna talk/read football without politics, that’s all. I wasn’t making a dig at anybody, wasn’t singling anybody out, just a general request to a multitude of people. Don’t make something more than what it is. I think everybody knows if I’m not going to passive aggressively call somebody out on here, I’m pretty blunt lol.

And the guy does have a point. Basically to paraphrase, if you look for slights against you on BN then that's all your going to see. But his example is pink cars.

Growing up my dad had a 1958 Old's Delta 88. PINK! And I always thought there can't be 2 of these until we were shopping at Holiday Village in GF and I got bored. Told my parents I was going to go sit in the car (no one lock the doors back then). Sat there for 5 min before I realize dad must have changed the seat upholstery while we were in the store. 2 Pink Delta 88's in the HV parking lot.
