I think if it’s on the same staff that wouldn’t be an issue so long as it’s positioned below the U.S. Flag. Other flags can be displayed below the U.S. Flag on the same staff but cannot be larger. Perhaps a Cathead Flag could be flown on gameday and presented occasionally to someone who is a supporter of the program with certificate indicating it was flown at Bobcat Stadium. Much like the Capitol Flag Program. Bonus: does anyone know what town this is ?

It's been a while for me as well, but I believe there the American Legion has code for displaying the U.S. flag with other flags. You can properly fly flags together, and the U.S. flag can be on the same staff/halyard with a state flag. The U.S. flag must be raised first and displayed at the top. I do believe it can be done.

7(f): When flags of States, cities, or localities, or pennants of societies are flown on the same halyard with the flag of the United States, the latter should always be at the peak. When the flags are flown from adjacent staffs, the flag of the United States should be hoisted first and lowered last.
