To be fair, Thornton is an outside WR with straight speed and size while Tommy is going to play the slot.SparkCat wrote: ↑Sun May 11, 2025 5:09 amI got a full second too, however, I think it’s a little more. Tommy appears to get through the ladder 1 second quicker and does not have as much wasted movement with the hip drop and cut.

Re: Tommy to the Raiders
This article says wide receiver. But ya, man... crazy to watch him doing reps at receiver and it looks like he's played the position all his life. We all know how special he is with the ball in his hands - and I don't care WHO the defenders are. He's going to torch people, even in the NFL. This should be fun to watch.mslacatfan wrote: ↑Sun May 11, 2025 11:00 amhttps://atozsports.com/nfl/las-vegas-ra ... -minicamp/

Great to see the recognition, but wish the writer paid more respect to top tier FCS Teams. Made it sound like every team is bad like Northern Colorado or the gris.mslacatfan wrote: ↑Sun May 11, 2025 11:00 amhttps://atozsports.com/nfl/las-vegas-ra ... -minicamp/

But the statement that Tommy "dominated pretty much every single game he played in" his 100% true. The top tier FCS programs these days can be counted on one hand.SparkCat wrote: ↑Sun May 11, 2025 9:48 pmGreat to see the recognition, but wish the writer paid more respect to top tier FCS Teams. Just saw that the Raiders @ Broncos game is a date I won’t be able to attend. I’ve got 4 season tickets in the lower bowl row 24 (on the rail) near the south goal line. Let me know if you’re interested in attending TNF 11/6. I’ll post in a more appropriate spot as it gets closer

I've actually been pricing a couple tickets to that game. The accounting software we use at work is having it's annual convention In Denver Nov. 10-12. If it's a desirable vacation spot, the better half will usually join me and make a week of it. I may be interested in taking a couple off your hands.KageRage wrote: ↑Mon May 19, 2025 9:39 amJust saw that the Raiders @ Broncos game is a date I won’t be able to attend. Re: Tommy to the Raiders
Gametime is now set for Thursday, August 7th at 7 pm. This may be the single best sports weekend I'll ever experience in my life (until the Cats win the chipper). Already have Mariners tickets to see games on Friday and Saturday (Ichiro's retirement). Now need to lock in some lower bowl Seahawks tickets. I missed out on the $60 front-row endzone tix a few days ago, but couldn't commit until I knew the day. Should've guessed it wouldn't be Friday or Saturday with Ichiro's retirement games.

My parents have had seahawk season tickets since before I was born, so I don't need to worry.RUACAT wrote: ↑Tue May 20, 2025 9:43 amGametime is now set for Thursday, August 7th at 7 pm. Tommy is going to working out at the Vikings facility with the Vikings long time punt returner Marcus Sherels sometime in June. His agent asked me if I wanted to tag along. looking forward to it.

i don't think catching punts would be effective before 6am. Can't see the ball.

Re: Tommy to the Raiders
Not a valid excuse when there's an indoor practice facility to use!
