Several 2-2 and 3-2 teams so a win this week and a few losses by those teams puts us back in the polls. I still believe with the Chadron loss that we need to win the conference to get a playoff win, because 2nd would probably mean one more loss. 4 losses will not get us in.

If the Cats win the next two games (PSU and Sac St.), and go to 4-3, I think they deserve consideration for the top 25. Whether or not they get in will also depend on how other teams across the county fare. Another item, the UC Davis loss may not have shown how bad MSU is, but how good UC Davis really is this year.

I could care less what any poll in AA says, especially when the Cats are 2-3. These polls are no where near as accurate as the Big Boys because nobody voting has actually seen even half of these teams play. The Cats must win the Big Sky to make the playoffs and if the beat PSU there will still be long ways to go. We beat NAU now we need to keep it going. It looks like the PSU game will set the tone for what the 06 season can be. Lets fill the staduim and kick some Viking butt.
