Thankfuly that imperialism map is just for entertainment purposes only. Personally I think it is one of the few things more worthless than the strength of schedule. Having said that SOS does have its place and some value but is overused and over relied on by people too lazy to get more accurate information to compare teams.

@TIrwin24 evidently I'm not as up to date on my imperialism map rules as I am on my tracking on whether you are showing up for work or not.

Real question - how does SDSU have an area? NDSU beat them, shouldn't it go to NDSU, then with NDSU losing to USD it go to USD?

Seems like this might be some of that fake science mumbo jumbo jargen I keep hearing about on the reddit pages I accidentally clicked on.

SDSU lost all their land to NDSU week 8, but then they won USDs land the very next week and held it the rest of the season.

After SDSU lost their land to NDSU, they beat another team that had some land so they took that team’s land. They haven’t lost since and so haven’t given up that land.

Everything is reset with the playoff teams owning counties closest to each school. The author of these put out the base map and the map following the first round of playoffs on the same day so hopefully this doesn't get to troublesome for some of you

In the game of Risk, I like our position the best and NDSU is pretty good (but not great). The Jackrabbits are in terrible shape and will be the first out. Guaranteed. USD will probably second out of the game.
