Been a mostly upset-less tournament so far. Was UT Martin the only road team to get a win so far? If that trend continues all the way through Frisco I'd be okay with it.
Also Lehigh over Richmond, but those have been the only two.
Ah yes. Our bracket has been the most chaotic.

Watching Idaho vs Lehigh right now. It just looks like two teams at different levels. Lehigh players are a little smaller and not as impressive athletically. Idaho's quarterback will be more of a problem than the two we faced last time.

ACU and Tarleton are similar opponents to UT Martin. It’s a great sign for MSU that the Bison and Coyotes struggled with them so much.
I disagree with your first sentence. The UAC is now possibly the 3rd best conference in the FCS, and I think both would beat UTM. UTM NEVER threatened MSU. ACU and TSU played very well on the road, especially TSU. That game was back and forth, and very much in doubt until the dam broke in the 4th for USD.
Some of your view I don't agree with. Great teams can adjust on bad starts and win with dominance. Bison got down to business and blew them out.

I agree with you but I think what “The Lord” was trying to say is a team like the Cats won’t be as easy to come back against as ACU and Tarleton down two scores.

They also gave up a lot of points, at home.

During the Idaho/Lehigh game the announcers were commenting on why one young man picked Lehigh. He said he picked Lehigh because they didn't ask about his 40 time and something to do with the weight room. Interesting...

But I feel like NDSU has a "let down" game every year in the playoffs. But they always manage to do it against teams that will fold when they start their "comeback". It's almost like a tune up thing they plan to do it's so common. I remember in I think 2018, they played ISU right before us and looked very beatable against a very one-dimensional ISU offense and then came out against us and ran everything to perfection.

Yeah, they didn't ask for his measurables(he looked like 5'5") and just went by his tape. Sounded kinda like a "they were the only ones that would take me" deal but good for him to find a place he belonged!

This Tarleton-USD game is interesting. No punts until the 3rd quarter. USD is built to the stop the run, but was getting gashed with the pass-except Tarleton got a little too comfortable and threw a terrible interception toward the end of the 3rd quarter. Tarleton does the "slow mesh" read/handoff thing. It's very weird. Hopefully defensive coordinators figure it out so it dies in a fire. I hate it.
