When do we normally see game times set for most of the schedule. Has to be coming up right?

I think the BSC usually takes about a week after ESPN picks their games. Almost no way we add another night home game game on top of Gold Rush and Idaho. UNM better be at night (mid-afternoon in late August in New Mexico?BleedingBLue wrote: ↑Thu May 30, 2024 7:38 pmWhen do we normally see game times set for most of the schedule. I don’t think this game will materialize the way the BSC/ncaa think it will.
MSU - 16 team National Champions (most recent 2024); 57 individual National Champions (most recent 2023).

These were my same thoughts, with small tweaks. Hoping for a 730 kickoff at New Mexico. Looking at past schedules though, I'd guess homecoming will be a 2 PM kickoff. And maybe they surprise us with a 3 or 4 PM game for Maine or Mercyhurst. It's been awhile but there used to 1 a season I feel like.coloradocat wrote: ↑Thu May 30, 2024 9:03 pmI think the BSC usually takes about a week after ESPN picks their games. MTN Sports has the U of New Mexico game on FS1 at 2:30 pm. I was thinking the same thing about hoping for a night game on an August day. No such luck. I will be going to that game. Then hanging out in NM until the Bobcat game with Utah Tech in St George the next Saturday for the double dip..hoping for a night game there at least.

The monsoon season is over in late August so hot and dry. Temps in the 90's by 9am but rarely over 100. Dropping down to mid 70's by 8pm. All thanks to the Sandia Mtns. Or it would be hotter. Sounds similar to early August here.AlfredEBobcat wrote: ↑Fri May 31, 2024 12:38 amMTN Sports has the U of New Mexico game on FS1 at 2:30 pm. The stadium is above 5000' elevation which is a home field advantage against several Lobo opponents, but not MSU. Cats should be just fine. As Tomcat mentioned, Cats should be plenty prepared for very similar temperature and humidity conditions as what's common in Bozeman leading up to the game.TomCat88 wrote: ↑Fri May 31, 2024 10:58 amThe monsoon season is over in late August so hot and dry. Re: Big Sky After Dark (Idaho @ MSU)
Can someone with influence in the program PLEASE petition the team to wear the 1984 throwback uniforms for this game? It’s a crime that we have legitimately one of the best throwback uniforms in college football and we never f****** wear them!
First and goal, clock winding down. That's Humphrey! It's TOUCHDOWN MONTANA STATE!

I believe they auctioned off those throwbacks 10 years ago, but they could obviously purchase more. I bet they do something to honor the team this year, but I have no inside information that they will. I’d love another opportunity to purchase a 1984 throwback helmet and a jersey this time.

I’d like to find a blue 1970’s era throwback jersey with the yellow numbers and shoulder stripes. I’ve seen people wearing them but can’t seem to find them online or anywhere else.AFCAT wrote: ↑Fri May 31, 2024 8:24 pmI believe they auctioned off those throwbacks 10 years ago, but they could obviously purchase more. There are sites out in internetland where you can purchase customized jerseys. You may be able to send them a photo of what you want and they can make it for you. I wish I was back in Korea, because you could get just about anything made there. Anyway, here is a link to a site that makes some more recent Bobcat jerseys. I have no idea how good the quality of these jerseys are and I’m pretty certain MSU doesn’t get paid for the knockoffs. Buyer beware, I guess. I’m not advocating that anyone purchase these.RICO CAT wrote: ↑Fri May 31, 2024 9:01 pmI’d like to find a blue 1970’s era throwback jersey with the yellow numbers and shoulder stripes. In 2 years, we will be at the 50th anniversary of the 1976 Bobcat championship team, coached by the legend himself, Sonny Holland. I would hope we wear those throwbacks during Gold Rush to honor that team.RICO CAT wrote: ↑Fri May 31, 2024 9:01 pmI’d like to find a blue 1970’s era throwback jersey with the yellow numbers and shoulder stripes.
