Thorny is back. Fire the questions up for the week leading to Weber.
I definitely enjoyed listening to Zach fill in. He's got a good voice for radio
Agreed - I’m jealous!

Assuming that EWU continues their strong play, could this be the most ranked teams that MSU plays in a season? Also, Thorny, did you take a golden coolie with you to Europe and what was the best thing you had to drink while you were there?

Golden Coolie Q: Kylor Neal thinks SDSU would beat us in the playoffs due to thehe "NDSU effect." I think he means that NDSU learns from their mistakes and comes back ready to learn fom them. Do you think this explains the ultra conservative play calling at SDSU?

If a Bobcat player gets tackled on the PSU sideline will coach RH jump on after the whistle out of habit and will he twist the Cat player's ankle as well?

With his next win, Coach Vigen will tie Jeff Choate and Ott Romney for 9th all-time with 28 wins. He already has more playoff wins than any other MSU coach, albeit in an expanded system compared to decades past. Does he already deserve to be included in the discussion of MSU's best head football coach ever?

one thing i noticed watching the griz lose, nau in the 3rd qtr was running down the clock. 5 seconds left on the play clock, (running clock until the last 2 minutes 4th qtr), had an illegal procedure. After the marched off the penalty, the clock started as soon as ready for play. boy oh boy, if you can afford a few penalties in the 4th qtr before the 2 minutes in game, you could really run of some time off the clock by taking an illegal procedure.
go from 1st and 10, to first and 15, to 1st and 20 and run 3x44 seconds off the clock before you get to second down. so even if you don't make a play, you could run almost 4 minutes off the clock.
so would a coach consider this?
i hope so

Given the downward trajectory of the UM will Bobby be the Griz Football Coach next year?

Given the upward trajectory of Montana State how long can we hang onto Vigen?

Isn't this exactly what Billiceck(sp) was doing in the nfl? Not sure how the rules work in comparison in college.

Are you saying this is something new because of the rule changes this year?

If we stomp PSU, will posters on Bobcat Nation actually stop worrying about every opponent and finally have confidence in this team being one of the 3 best in the country?

What regular season game are you, as fans, most excited to watch for the remainder of the year?

Q: Do you think the tough away schedule this year is a positive or negative for this team?

Why isn't MSU doing something like this?
